As a firefighter, the risk of being burned is significantly higher than other careers. This foundation was created by firefighters for that reason, so that when a firefighter was burned thgere would be resources in place to assist and get them back on their feet. Being a firefighter and a burn survivor has its own unique challeneges, we want you to feel supported and have the resources and help you need to get back to duty.
